Generally a decent place to buy makeup etc, however their delivery is so bad. I bought a haul pass from them and I don’t think my parcel has ever come next day when I’ve selected next day option. It usually arrives maybe 3 days after I’ve ordered it. Not a worthwhile website since the alternative to a haul pass is always paying for delivery which, from different companies, is free after you purchase a certain amount; but I have found this just isn’t a thing on Beauty Bay. You’re better off buying from somewhere else. Only used it to buy a specific brand of blush; not quite sure what possessed me to pay for the haul pass, I feel somewhat obligated to buy from here now. Would love to know what they are doing with my orders the few days before they finally dispatch them ? The 3 stars are simply because, at the very least, my parcels do eventually arrive — the service is jutlst very poor.
